  • I thought I do not need to go to houseware section and buy separately
  • We bought the Camry mechanical scale because out of all the weighing scale displayed on Camry was presented really well, and I love the pastel colors they have
  • But I notice that as days and months pass using the scale, we have to always set it to Zero
  • I don't know if the problem is the scale or the users

      It is only me and my brother who uses the scale, but it seems so easily to be misaligned.

      Honestly though, we bought this scale about 6 months ago and is still working very well except for some misalignment cases we notice if we leave it for about 3 weeks.

      I looked for the Camry’s website and information too and found their website online.

      I guess it gives me confidence now that I know I can find a place for customer support in case the need arises.

I bought a Camry scale and noticed that it does not stay set to zero. Can you tell me how to reset it to zero as it is not apparent to me. I can`t find a model number but it is made of a glass oval with springs showing in a V formation and 2 metal bars positioned half way down the V and attached to the outer ring. This scale has a 300 lb maximum.
